She was scouted by a JYP talent agent while shopping with her friends. Sana is one of Twice's three Japanese members. Momo started dancing at the age of 3 with her older sister Hana.
Jeongyeon is one of the tallest members of Twice with a height of 169 cm (5'7''). She passed and officially became a trainee in 2010.
Nayeon joined JYP by secretly attending a JYP Entertainment audition. She is also the lead vocalist, lead dancer, and center of the group. Sana is the only Twice member with no siblings. Jeongyeon has an older and a younger sister. Dahyun, Mina, and Tzuyu have an older brother. Chaeyoung has a younger brother (Jeong Hun).
Siblings: Momo has an older sister (Hana). The other 4 members that stayed waited another year to participate in the show Sixteen and eventually debuted with Twice. After Lena and Cecilia left the company, the group's debut was cancelled. Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Sana were JYPE trainees that were set to debut with other 2 JYPE trainees (Lena and Cecilia) as part of a group called 6MIX. English speakers: None of Twice members are known to be able to speak English fluently however, Mina and Jihyo appear to be the ones that speak with the most fluency. Hirai Momo, Minatozaki Sana, and Myoui Mina are Japanese. Twice has four foreigners in the group. -The shortest member of Twice is Chaeyoung with a height of 161 cm (5'2'). The tallest member of Twice is Chou Tzuyu with a height of 170 cm (5'7''). The youngest member (maknae) of Twice is Tzuyu (born Jun 14, 1999). The oldest member of Twice is Im Na Yeon (born Sep 22, 1995).
